This happens when Children Consumes too much Fluoride while Teeth are Developing.
Effects:

2. Skeletal Fluorosis:



Long-term Exposure to High Fluoride in Drinking Water (Common in Some Parts of India) can Damage Bones.
Symptoms:
- Joint Stiffness.
- Bone Pain
- Calcification of Ligaments
- Difficulty Moving Joints
- Bone Deformities insevere cases
3. Neurological Effects:
Some studies Suggest very high Fluoride Exposure may Affect the Brain.
Possible Effects Reported:
- Lower IQ in Children (in areas with very high Fluoride Water).
- Cognitive Development issues.
Research is still ongoing and Depends heavily on Dose.
4.Thyroid Problems:
High Fluoride Levels may Interfere with the Thyroid Gland, Especially when iodine intake is low.

Many Regions in India (Rajasthan, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Gujarat) Naturally Have High Fluoride Groundwater , which Increases Fluorosis Risks.
How to Reduce Fluoride Exposure If Water is High:
- Use R.O. Water Filters with UV, UF, TDS etc.
- Use Rainwater Harvesting.
- Check Local Groundwater Fluoride Levels.
